A moving sanctuary
Forward motion to fear less
Like Bubble boy in Seinfeld
I’m confident
Inside my intimate object
Her cloth holds me until I’m ready to give face
And patiently awaiting it’s time
To hold me again
In the right temperature
The right temperament
The right turns
To rip the scars left me turned
With ailments, with joyous occasions
With stillness
On many pavements
Hot asphalts
Cold winds
Over payments

But she is valued by her weight
To balance the sense and senseless
In the quiet of my car,
I find my grace,
A sanctuary, my sacred space.
Moments of elegance, I feel perfect.

A journey inward as I journey outward
where I reflect,
Where I am perplexed
Where I can express..
My true self
Road raged, leaning sexy, jazz enclaved
Here, I capture my fleeting moods,
In chic attire or peaceful interludes.
Every drive, a silent story, or an abounding, loud outburst release of freedom
Of daily life, in all its wins and outtakes.

In the rhythm of the road, I find my calm,
A haven where I can be strong.
These chronicles, my private delight,
In motion and in stillness, I feel just right.

I can’t eat another plate of Haitian food (I’m lieing, but I need a break cause I’m stuffed)
