Intentions can help you become more aware of the process of working toward your goals, and integrate the benefits as you go.
~Maintaining focus
Intentions can help you stay focused and on track, even when there are distractions or fluctuations.
~Finding peace and gratitude
When you set intentions without attaching expectations to them, you can often find more peace and gratitude in your daily lives.
~Creating a positive environment
Good intentions can contribute to a more positive and harmonious environment for yourself and those around you.

Remember, INTENTions are different than resolutions. You are putting into the universe what your intentions are but being so rigid that if you fall short, you condemn yourself. Intentions allow us to be authentic, creative, meaningful, and flexible with ourselves and others.
