At Compass Outreach and Education Center (COEC), our mission is to enable every participant to realize their full potential regardless of race, gender, or socio-economic status. COEC was designed with the goal of helping participants to navigate through life via lessons of faith, self-love, education, empowerment, and entrepreneurism, while promoting stronger families and communities. COEC fosters an environment that is conducive to building self-esteem, encouraging self-empowerment, promoting diversity and image awareness, and the development of financial literacy, entrepreneur and leadership skills. Our programs provide artistic exposure, academic education support, informational opportunities, and even lessons on the fundamentals of gardening.
