Birgit's Vocal Studio

For over 25 years, Birgit has stressed increasing the range, freedom, beauty, flexibility and power of the voice through breath and register balancing.

I have been fortunate to have had many very gifted singers in my studio. My students are on Broadway, at major opera companies including the Met and perform all over the world. I also enjoy teaching beginners (teenagers as well as adults) laying a solid foundation on which to build an individual, expressive technique that will serve the singer for many years as a vocation or avocation.
