A place for the Dillard Chorus Alumni & Friends Community to share and reflect on Dillard Chorus History! Kenneth Howard (DHS Chorale).

The "Soul-Stirring" Dillard High School Singing Panthers were for many years under the Dynamic Direction of prestigious musicians such as Mrs. Rhonda Sneed-Collins, The late Great Maye Jenkins, The Incomparable Anthony Carter, Operatic Soprano, Onisha Richards, and now, Mr. They have made their mark as being one of the most electrifying and highly requested high school singing aggregations of our time.

📣 Community Invitation: A Historic Moment at Dillard High School 🏈✨

Panther Family, the time has come! On Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at 4:15 PM, the school is officially inviting the community to join in the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the Isaac Bruce Turf Football Field at Dillard High School 6–12.

This is more than a field, it’s a symbol of legacy, pride, handwork, and the future of Panther Nation. In this time school and community, will honor this moment, recognize the journey, and celebrate what it means to carry our identity into spaces that drives history forward, while creating new memories for generations to come.

If you are able, we encourage you to be present for this historic moment. Bring your Panther spirit, your family, and your community pride as we stand united to celebrate the unveiling of our brand-new field of dreams.

Afterward, head to the Town Hall at New Mount Olive Baptist at 6 PM, and maybe we’ll finish the night together at Smitty's. Why not make Homecoming a month-long celebration filled with pop-up activities and unity? 😊Yes, let's kick it off celebrating Mr. 86.

💙🐾 Please share with others who would love to be part of this historic day!

One of our favorite memories is singing during the pep rallies. We’ll never forget the feeling of accomplishment and the support of our friends, families, and Dillard Community!

“Sing to the LORD a new song, his praise from the ends of the earth, you who go down to the sea, and all that is in it, you islands, and all who live in them.” —Isaiah 42:10. Have a blessed Sunday Panthers and friends!
