Next contract starts end of this month. Lets getting rolling!!

Just giving thanks for the first 6 month Professional Chef contract!! It has been a great journey so far. Looking forward to 2016!! Bringing the noise!!

Another Event Tomorrow !!! Getting Excited as my partners in crime will be hosting the event. I am leaving on a jet plane for a few weeks working private function in Turks!!

Negotiations....crack me up. Been talking about doing this consulting job now for about 3 weeks. At this point if its a "no" I am good and ready to move on. One thing we all know is its REALLY hot when its 801° !!! Much Respect to my people.

I must update so here it is....1st 801° event done! It was a great time and met some amazingly nice people also. I want to say thanks for all the positive thoughts and wishes that all my friends and family sent. I was asked a great question about 801°. They said why are you doing this? Its simple I stated I want to follow my heart and keep good people near me personally and professionally. If i was going to sum up what i wished for 801° it would be that I will meet and help share so many more great experiences with so many. I am off!! Cheers!!
