Remembering and Honoring!

Today, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to others and to the freedoms we cherish every day.

Their sacrifice reminds us that courage is not measured only in moments of victory, but in the willingness to serve with selflessness, honor, and dedication. ❤️🤍💙

As we gather with family and loved ones this Memorial Day, let us also take a moment to reflect, remember, and express gratitude for those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

🕊️ May their legacy continue to inspire unity, compassion, and service to others.

Today’s RIPLRT Institute’s retreat was a meaningful reminder of why mentorship, research training, and community matters.

These three Lynn University students (from left to right), Rebecca Mesidort , Emily Pintilie, and Emily Weems, have been part of the RIPLRT Institute as emerging scholars, contributing to projects that connect biomedical science, mentorship, and translational research. As they prepare to graduate from Lynn University , I am proud and witness of the growth, discipline, and professionalism.

We are also looking ahead with excitement: several student-centered research outputs are moving toward manuscript development, with the goal of publications by the end of 2026. That trajectory reflects not only scientific work, but also the power of sustained mentorship, collaboration, and creating spaces where students can see themselves as contributors to knowledge.

Proud of these RIPLRT mentees and excited for what comes next!

P.S. we missed you, Emily Solomon!
