Tonight being the second of many but 1 of great importance in our training segments and the opportunity it has given us through movement in “adapting between the space and distance”also “learning to attack using time before,during ,after opponents strike” utilizing katana, tanto and flexible weapons as a start for one’s awareness to them and our own bodies. Thanks to GOD above for having Chris back on track today( giving him the physical strength,mental fortitude) with a much needed training session!! Thanks for your great insights!!
