🎉 Happy 65th Birthday, Cardinal Gibbons!

For 65 years, Cardinal Gibbons has been a place where faith is strengthened, friendships are formed, and generations of Chiefs are inspired to lead, serve, and make a difference.

Today, we celebrate the students, families, faculty, staff, and alumni who have shaped our community and helped make Cardinal Gibbons what it is today. Our story continues to grow with every new class, every new tradition, and every Chief who proudly calls Gibbons home.

Mrs. Blanco’s classes connected their Spanish-language learning with their Catholic faith. The Spanish for Spanish Speakers class attended Mass celebrated entirely in Spanish by Father Pedro, while her Spanish II students prayed together in Spanish and received a special blessing from him. These meaningful experiences brought together language, faith and community.

Join us for our Annual Alumni Homecoming Tailgate on Friday, September 25th!
The tailgate kicks off at 5:30 P.M. and continues through halftime as the Chiefs take on the Plantation Colonels at Dr. Bud Tight Field with kick off at 7:00 P.M.
Come back to where it all began, reconnect with old friends, and make new memories as we celebrate another Homecoming with the Gibbons community!

That’s a wrap on Welcome Week! From seniors dressed as grandparents and freshmen dressed as babies to morning drop-off kisses to parents, our first pep rally of the school year and the unveiling of our new banners, Day 5 was one to remember! ❤️
