Today, we celebrate and give thanks for all those who work hard each day to build, serve, lead, teach, and care for our families and communities.

We are especially grateful for the incredible teachers, staff, parents, and CCS community who pour their time, talents, and hearts into making our school such a special place.

Wednesday Chapel with Our Littlest Cheetahs! Every Wednesday, our littlest Cheetahs gather for a very special chapel led by their amazing teachers and Mr. W.

These sweet moments give our youngest students the opportunity to learn about God, worship together, pray, and grow in their faith in a way that’s just right for them.

They’ll continue their special Wednesday chapel throughout the year until they’re ready to join our upper-grade Cheetahs for Friday Chapel later in the school year. What a beautiful way to begin their chapel journey!

We love watching our littlest Cheetahs grow in faith, joy, and love for God! ✝️💙

Clover’s Summer Adventures! 🐾

I know school is back in session, but my Greek adventure with the Victor family was simply too amazing not to share!

We explored beautiful Kefalonia, visited Kyllini, and ended the trip in the incredible city of Athens. From endless beach days and lively evenings in the city centers to time spent with family and friends, we experienced the beauty, culture, and joy of Greece along the way.

It’s safe to say we had a real Greek summer! 🐆 🇬🇷

Today was a special Chapel because our Worship Leaders are back! We were so excited to welcome them back as they helped lead us in worship with beautiful songs.

Worship was led by Mr. W, and Pastor Jad closed our Chapel with our Benediction.

Together, we lifted our voices in songs celebrating God’s blessings all around us—a beautiful reminder to slow down, look around, and recognize His goodness in every part of our lives.

TCI Science: Bringing Science Alive!

This week, we’re shining a spotlight on our amazing science teacher, Mrs. Sinclair, and the exciting things happening in her classroom!

Through TCI Science, our students are learning that science is about more than memorizing facts—it’s about asking questions, investigating, experimenting, collecting evidence, and making discoveries!

Each TCI unit begins with an “anchoring phenomenon”—a real-world question or mystery that sparks curiosity and challenges students to investigate and find solutions. This week, our students are getting their first look at the anchoring phenomena for their upcoming units and diving right into the investigation!

We love seeing Mrs. Sinclair bring science to life through hands-on learning, collaboration, discussion, and real-world connections.

Today was the first day of 5th Grade Safety Patrol!

Our Safety Leaders were ready to serve, helping make sure our students safely made it into their classrooms and were ready to learn! Way to go, Cheetahs!

Growing in God’s Word!

Yesterday, our third graders had their very first Bible Exploration class with Pastor Monique! They learned how to use the table of contents, find books of the Bible, and look up Bible verses.

We’re so excited for this next step in their faith journey and can’t wait for them to receive their very own Bibles on CCS Sunday, September 13 at 9:00 AM!
