But there's a difference between being "woke" and being an "insomniac" in our social consciousness:

• Takes thoughtful, consistent action
• Understands change is a marathon, not a sprint
• Rests and recharges

🌙 Insomniac: Overzealous and burnt out
• Obsesses over problems
• Demands immediate, sweeping changes
• Struggles to find balance or perspective
• Risks exhaustion and ineffectiveness

When critics use "woke" as a pejorative, they're often actually describing "insomniacs" - those who push so hard they lose sight of the long game.

True "wokeness" is about sustainable awareness and action.

It's recognizing that while we must address societal issues, we also need to pace ourselves for the long journey ahead.
