Instrument student flying the ILS Runway 9 Approach at KFXE (flew the approach well, but when he took off the foggles at minimums (200FT AGL) and went visual, he got high and fast and used too much runway). When you go visual on an instrument approach, you must maintain a constant decent rate and manage your airspeed!
