About last "night"...
First online class I've taught in almost 2 years ( LMAO)! Great getting back into the flow (pun obviously intended) and working the technical kinks out.
I usually aim for an hour-long session, so 45 minutes felt a little rushed. Still managed to get that core work in!
It was great seeing a familiar face and I hope to see more of y'all in the next one!
Speaking of "next," stay tuned. I'm not sure when my schedule will allow for another online class ATM; could be sooner, could be later, could be in-person on a beach 😜. I'll be sure to let y'all know. ✌🏾

I understand students want/need direction at times, but my favorite teaching moments usually involve me getting out of the way and watching folks come into their own practice; inviting the student to become their own teacher, in a way...
Thank you, again, to everyone who made it to our Saturday morning flow! The class truly wouldn't have been the same without y'all!
