It’s the birthday edition 8/8.

Lord I give you thanks for your love for me, for life and the family and friends You have blessed me with.

I am walking into this new season, being reminded that You walk with me, and your plans and purpose for my life will be accomplished.

Thank you for my two beautiful daughters and grandsons, what a blessing you blessed me with when you gave them to me.

For this another year, I praise and honour you Father🙏

God has a way of confirming His plans for us!

He prepares you to go, opens the doors, sends the provisions, clear the path and do the impossible.

What a privilege it was to be part of a team sent to minister God’s words.

Called and Sent and forever my life is changed.

Jesus loves you and for you He died.

Try Again, those two words echoed deep in my spirit.

Immediately I responded, but I have tried so many times and nothing worked.

Again, I heard those two words, Try Again.

Then the question came lovingly and gently, “do you remember Peter”?

I knew instantly what the Holy Spirit was saying to me.

To try again requires obedience;

✅to do something you have done before that didn’t yield the fruit you thought it would.

It’s an act of obedience to say Lord, I have done this before and it never worked.

But, because You said it, I will do it.

It doesn’t mean doing it again, or building again, will be easy.

It might simply mean to increase your faith, to trust that the Lord’s plans are better than yours.

Try Again

“When he had finished speaking, he said to Simon, “Now go out where it is deeper, and let down your nets to catch some fish.” “Master,” Simon replied, “we worked hard all last night and didn’t catch a thing. But if you say so, I’ll let the nets down again.” And this time their nets were so full of fish they began to tear! A shout for help brought their partners in the other boat, and soon both boats were filled with fish and on the verge of sinking.”

Over the years at least two groups that I am aware of, has used my first book as part of their book study.

It’s something that I have always wanted to do, I didn’t get the traction I wanted and I put it aside.

But, the Holy Spirit will not let me get away from doing this.

I keep hearing others are using the book, when are you going to start?
