Another year raising money for breast cancer research with our Spike Down Volleyball tournament at the TBR Campus! AMWA, SAOG, and SOMO teamed up with the M2 Class Board to host this amazing event. On Sunday, the class of 2025 and the class of 2026 had their White Coat Ceremony, a rite of passage signifying their entrance into the medical profession! Our Fort Lauderdale SGA President, Nishad Mysore, gave a speech to encourage these future physicians to serve their country with kindness and compassion.

This weekend, members of the SGA from both the Davie and Clearwater campuses got together with other students and physicians in Chicago to participate in the annual AOA House of Delegates Conference. The weekend was filled with interesting policy, engaging discussion, and fun receptions! We are proud to represent our school and proud to be DO’s!

Our SGA executive board members from both our TBR and FTL campuses attended the spring COSGP conference in Denver, Colorado alongside their other DO medical school leaders! This two day conference comprised of various power talks, school discussions, leadership activities and much more! Thank you to the national executive board for such an informative event with great opportunities to collaborate amongst COMs and further the osteopathic pride!

FTL SPRING FLING 🎯

Yesterday the FTL campus hosted the last event of the year for society’s to earn COM Cup points. The 10 society’s competed against each other in a variety of games such as Paper plane flights, water ping and trivia 🎯

After a whole year of competing, Silverman took home the COM Cup trophy 🏆🥳 Second place went to Terry and third was Klein! Huge congratulations to our winner and thank you to everyone who came out and we hope you had a great time ☺️
