Pleased to have learned that Mediation Training Academy's certification application for the county court mediation training program has been approved by Supreme Court of Florida and is valid through December 26, 2029. I am looking forward to continuing to train future county court mediators in the State of Florida.

As our population ages, mediators who specialize in Elder Mediation and Shared Family Decision Making will be more and more in demand. This comprehensive course covers a wide variety of issues related to family dynamics and the legal and financial issues Elder Mediators encounter. We will discuss the landscape of elder law, elder affairs, caregiving, care management, elder services, family dynamics, and mediation marketing. Seats in Zoom boxes are still available. Upon completion of this program, you will have a foundation for understanding the mediation process in theory and practical application.
