Excellent article and phenomenal programs! Congratulations on publication! I work at a private non profit university that is a Designated Hispanic Serving Institution (DHSI) in a state where diversity, equity, inclusion, critical race theory, and identity have been banned from instruction in the public higher education system as have advocating for these things to be practiced and taught in higher ed been banned. This article is refreshing. I will share it with students I work with so they understand what’s happening outside of Florida. I have been trying to call attention to and find people who can help to do anything about this. I’m addition to above in Florida’s state Constitution they have removed the term ethnicity wherever it appeared and replaced it with the word color. Florida needs help. .
