Sometimes life throws you lemons in what feels like 100° of blazing sun heat🌞. You can organize, schedule, send all the emails, edit those spreadsheets and edit some more, cross your t's and dot your i's, but things just dont always go as planned. But as the saying goes...when life throws you lemons...make lemonade!🍋🥛 And thats just what your FKES, PTO and volunteers did today! Whether it was for 👨🎓👩🎓Senior walk through, lunch breaks and half day dismissal 🥵, we went with the flow and still made a super FUN DAY happen‼️
I cannot express enough how thankful I am for the volunteers that show up, and get it done for the sake of not only their own children, but for all the kids at FKES. And even still, none of it would be possible without the willingness and support of our Admin and faculty for letting us rearrange their schedules to participate in (a little more work than they'd probably like😬) and a whole lot of fun!🎉
This is officially my last PTO event as President and ive got to say the last few years has been a labor of love. I am so encouraged and excited for the new generation of hard working moms who are stepping up full of energy 🤪 and with brand new ideas that will only make the experience of every single student and staff member of Fort Kent Elementary School that much more exciting🤩! I strongly encourage you to become a member, volunteer, donate, share an idea, come to a meeting, make a difference with the FKES PTO! Our students, staff and school are worth it‼️🫶💚
