It was time for us to say goodbye today…. For the last time. We enjoyed every minute with your children! Thank you all!

We did an abc phonics review. We practiced our ASL sign language. We finished our calendars. We finished our ABC recipe book. We did a farm week. We did a farmer project. We talked about the different types of farmers there are. We had a farm stand. We made money for our farm store. We did some crazy chicken art. We learned where different things come from. We played with some muddy pigs. We talked about being kind friends and good listeners.

We had 4 birthdays this week. Ms Torry, Mrs Faith, Ms Tia, and Mrs Mel all had birthdays this week. Happy birthday!

This week we worked on the letter Zz phonics. We practiced some handwriting. We cooked some ziti and zucchini. We made friendship bracelets. We played the shape game. We planted beans. We made a spider craft. We made a kite project with tissue paper. We did some chalk play. We did a paper dragonfly project. We found hidden bugs in our sensory bins. We spent lots of time outside. We did some water play. And we worked on our feelings. What a great week!

This week we continued out work on bugs! We worked on the letter Yy phonics. We made yogurt popsicles. We made some spider webs. We talked about how many legs a spider has. We made bee hives out of egg cartons. We talked about bees and how they make honey; and we tasted real honeycomb. We did some sensory play with bugs in spaghetti and “mud” water. We made some bug catcher jars with our fingerprints. We worked on some fine motor skills by gluing Cheerios on ladybugs. We spent as much time as we could outside; despite all the rain that we got!
We also had a birthday this week!!! Willow turned 2!!! Happy birthday Willow!!!!
