The data shows that when teachers use AI regularly, they save time, improve materials, and better meet student needs. But usage is being held back by a lack of training, fear of new technology, and the unrealistic expectation that teachers must master AI before using it. In reality, even a basic, general understanding of AI tools could make a measurable difference in the classroom.
