To help make our first day of school safe, smooth, and successful, please take a few minutes to watch our Arrival & Dismissal Procedure Videos before Monday.

These videos will show you where to go, what to expect, and how our procedures will work during arrival and dismissal. Knowing the procedures ahead of time will help keep traffic moving and, most importantly, keep our Hobby Patriots safe!

Please watch BOTH the Arrival and Dismissal videos and share the information with anyone who may be dropping off or picking up your student.

Killeen ISD emerged as one of Bell County’s biggest movers in the 2026 A-F Accountability Ratings, gaining five points overall and moving within one point of a B rating. We are proud of the continued growth that makes our schools a great place for learning. TOGETHER we are making progress and are expectant for what’s next.

This achievement reflects the hard work, dedication, and perseverance that happen on our campus every single day. At Hobby, we remain committed to providing every student with meaningful learning opportunities, high expectations, and the support they need to reach their maximum potential.

An A is something to celebrate—but our commitment doesn’t stop here! We will continue learning, growing, and striving for excellence for EVERY Hobby Patriot! What a great way to start the year!!
