Recreational Cooking Classes. Helping you bring your family back to the table. Chef for a day: St. Clair County’s new recreational cooking school and event place.

We offer unique hands on classes, demonstrations, kids in the kitchen, freezer meal workshops, team building exercises, and private dinner parties. Class subjects include basic knife skills to the very intense gourmet menus. Each class will focus on a certain set of kitchen skills, slicing and dicing to braising and broiling.
