Keilah Jensen is signing on to be one of the first official members of Iowa Central Triton WOMEN'S Rugby! I had the chance to meet with her to today and I'm excited for her to help get this program off the ground! She is entering her 2nd semester of the nursing program. Keilah has played a little with Des Moines Women's rugby club and was working with Coach Matt this past year in preparation for Fall 2026! #

Great day to be a Triton! Big win vs John Brown in 15s. After 80 minutes of rugby, the 7s squad takes down Arkansas 40-7 in 7s. Back on the road with the boys. Super proud of the effort...even more proud of being strong ambassadors of the sport. with 4 tries in the 15s match and phenomenal kicking from all day

Several Tritons making their A-side debut tomorrow vs John Brown. A little 15s mix during 7s. Boys have been working hard and clocking time for this match. Wish them well. They will be captained by Vince Jacoby! #

Always be prepared to make a lasting impression. A couple of autograph seekers for Maloni and Lewis.

This young man has stayed connected to the team after a major injury. Been super positive and volunteering for community service. Zhayaun has been the best teammate you could ask for and attended every practice. He worked hard with our amazing trainer . Today...he was cleared for full contact and was brought to the field by his captain from the hospital. Z will make his 2025-26 debut in some 15s action next week. You gotta root extra hard for kids like this!
