I don't usually have much to say, but I've been thinking: WOW!!! I cannot believe how far we've come in just this past week alone. The time has just flown by and so many amazing people have put their all into this project. If you think about it, with each year doing better than the last, how great is next year going to be? We learn from each other and ourselves so keep coming up with those great ideas, even on this last leg of this year's project. It's go time & I am so proud of all my fellow classmates. :) - Dawn

A class raised almost $800 dollars in just a couple of hours, today! ! ! Way to go.... Student's making a positive difference....

I had a brief chat over the phone with Eric Howard (Bacon of hope member) and we agreed to have a one-on-one chat tomorrow at 7:00pm, about the short film project.The location is the beacon of hope. Hey! everyone. I got this great idea that i believe will take this program to the next level. Think inside the box is a great project, but would be even greater if the less fortunate get the opportunity to share their thoughts about the project. I want to show people that we truly care and we don't do it for the money. My plan is to record a short film of central students spending time with the less fortunate. Also, i want the film to show what the students and homeless learned from one another. Please give me some feedback and ideas, so i can know this is a right decision .
