Iowa Central Community College Culinary Arts

The Culinary Arts program will offer an Associate in Applied Science (AAS) degree through Iowa Central Community College.

This program combines the important components of food preparation and culinary arts, along with nutrition, food safety and sanitation, baking, art of cuisine, and food service management.
