On Friday, we had a large group of students attend the State Fair of VA to compete in Horse Hippology and Livestock Skillathon contests!
For many of our students, this was their first contest in FFA! We are excited to see them continue!

In addition, we had Jack and Kinley Begoon and Hayden and Heidi Ruebush show livestock last week at the State Fair as well! We are proud of all of our students!

Our Middle School Exploration Team had a great day at the State Fair today!

Team members were Olivia Lester, Mason Kyle, Angie Tisinger, Avery Wilkinson, and Rebecca Packer!

Rebecca was 5th overall in the contest and our team was 3rd overall!
Congratulations to these individuals!

Our annual Citrus and Nut Fundraiser begins TOMORROW, October 1st! ALL FFA members should stop by the Ag Department to pick up fundraising forms! Orders will be due by Friday, October 30th and the top sellers in each grade level will receive prizes!
Thank you for supporting our biggest fundraiser!

Congratulations to our Jr. Dairymans teams on their contest yesterday at the State Fair of VA! Team members were: Rebecca Packer, Angie Tisinger, Avery Wilkinson, Reid Tutwiler, Wyatt Dunsmore, Waylon Shafer, Huntlee Lane, and Logan Wampler!

The team of Angie, Rebecca, Avery, and Reid placed 7th overall and Avery was 15th in a large contest of 80 individuals and 26 teams! Great job to all contestants! 🥛 🐄
