Come join the Salmon River Drama Club on July 31st at 7:00 pm for their production of "Shrek Kids", a 30-minute musical adaptation of the DreamWorks classic film. Enjoy a magical evening with everyone's favorite fairytale characters!

The students from Michelle Oakes' middle and high school agriculture classes collaborated with the Almanzo Wilder Homestead on a project to raise funds to make repairs at the Wilder homestead in Burke, NY. Seeds were collected from the maple tree on the property and, with the help of mentor Bruce Bonesteel, the students planted the seeds and later up-potted around 2,000 new seedlings from the original sugar maple tree at the Almanzo WIlder Homestead. If you would like to own and help preserve a piece of history, you may purchase a tree at the "Little House Cast Reunion" and Wilder Weekend July 25th & 26th.
