🚋✨ All aboard Bernie the Streetcar for an IB adventure through time!

Our Kindergarten learners hopped aboard the trolley today and explored a little piece of history in motion! Did you know these streetcars had no heat back in 1907? 🥶 And that the electricity comes from the tracks and overhead wires? ⚡️

Bernie the Streetcar ran from 1907–1951, and back then, many people didn’t even have cars! Riding the trolley was how people traveled around town—and a ride only cost 5 cents! 💰🚃

👋 Everyone wave! Bernie will be running all summer every weekend.

Our IB Kindergarten learners teamed up with their amazing 3rd grade buddies today to practice sharing their portfolios and celebrating their learning treasures! From proud reflections to favorite projects, these students are getting ready for Student-Led Conferences with confidence, kindness, and excitement.

Watching our learners support one another, communicate their growth, and shine as reflective IB students was pure joy! 🌎🐬
