We specialize in snake style jiu-jitsu (like Brazilian), traditional jujitsu, judo, boxing, mixed martial arts (MMA), grappling,
self defense including gun and knife disarmament.We now hold class on Sundays 8-10 am offering a 20 minute yoga style warm up/cardio warm up. No contracts - pay month to month - every Sunday - $95.00/month first class free- uniform free with a month dedicat
