Our lab studies how small non-coding RNAs regulate gene expression. The lab is just getting started so now's the time to join!

We use a combination of genomics, bioinformatics, genetics, and molecular biology to study mechanisms of gene regulation. Small non-coding RNAs, including miRNAs, piRNAs, and siRNAs, regulate gene expression and act as an adaptive immune system for viruses and transposons.
