The June Triple Threat Training at Hack ‘n’ Jack FoCo starts this week and we still have space for both age groups! Build speed, agility and power in a fun, fast paced class with expert speed and conditioning coach, Brian Niswender! Traveling during the session but still want to attend the ones you can? We will prorate!
Age 7-11: Friday morning 10-11 am
Ages 12 & Up: Thursday morning 10-11 am

Cost is $125 for the whole session or prorated to $31.25 per class if you let us know at booking that they will be unable to attend a specific date.

⚡️TRIPLE THREAT TRAINING IS BACK!⚡️Coach is bringing back one of our favorite programs at Hack ‘N’ Jack, built for baseball and softball athletes who want to get faster, stronger, quicker, and more explosive on the field.

T3 is sport-specific athletic training designed to help athletes move better, react faster, and compete harder. We’ll be offering both a youth group and a middle school/high school group.

👗👞👔Prom season and job hunting is upon us and we are working with our friends at to ensure that every teen has the chance to feel confident and prepared. We are accepting donations of prom dresses, suits/blazers, slacks, and men’s and women’s dress shoes, so if you have items taking up space in your closet, give them a second life and make a meaningful impact in a teen’s life! Your donations will go so far to make students feel their best in these big life moments. Drop them by HNJ during our business hours or message us to arrange a pickup.
