Our goal is to enable the thousands of young athletes with disabilities to become valued and successful members of the US Youth and Arsenal soccer family.
TOPSoccer - (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is a community-based training and team placement program for young athletes with disabilities, organized by Arsenal Colorado. The program is designed to bring the opportunity of learning and playing soccer to any boy or girl, ages 4 and up, who have been diagnosed with a mental or physical disability.

Fort Collins Soccer Club's $20 million dream Fort Collins Soccer Club is planning a nearly $20 million expansion to its complex on the north end of Fort Collins.
Hi everyone it's been such a busy spring so far. We are working hard to bring TOPSoccer back in April to northern Colorado. Stay tuned for an update coming soon!
