Hey everyone!
I'm excited to share some updates about Haller Method Training. I've focused on mentoring rather than just theory-based learning. There's plenty of theory in the CEU world already. I believe practical application with real clients you work with is far more effective. That's why I'm thrilled to introduce this new format to the OT community.
The first series will dive into basic neural growth starting in utero. Early neural maturity issues are becoming increasingly prevalent, with many neurotypical individuals transitioning to non-neurotypical. I'm finding that addressing initial in-utero movements that precede Moro reflex integration and resolving Fear Paralysis is crucial for developing effective meltdown resolution pathways. I am going to be showing students exactly what activities to do, in what order, how to be and how to progress neural growth intentionally. They will come away with a repeatable blueprint to address this foundational process that is missing is so many kids at the moment.
The first series runs for 8 weeks, 2 hours per week, starting at 9am (MST) on Saturday mornings via Zoom, beginning August 10th. I have space for 6 clinicians, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
CEUs total 23 hours for this series, contingent upon completion of "homework." It's recommended that participants have access to therapy equipment - beg, borrow, buy do what you need to. I detailed this list in the class registration for those interested in a closer look. This series will be highly practical and hands-on.

I'm looking forward to teaching again—it's something I've really missed! I love that Tiffany Ulrich and Whitney Tostenson-Laylon are joining me as co-presenters and clinical instructors on the east and west coasts for the in person classes and competency certifications.
