TF White Mountain conducted an Army Branch and SOF Expo hosted by 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne)(SFG(A)), in collaboration with 4th Infantry Division(ID) and 4th Combat Aviation Brigade(CAB).

TF White Mountain collaborated to enhance cadet knowledge of branches and SOF pipelines, for 21st Century Army career readiness through briefs and in-person interviews. This event prepared cadets for Virtual Branch Outreach, future branch preferences, and interviews.

100% of the CDTs would like the seminar to continue, as the program proved invaluable. CSU as the lead, will expand its collaboration with 10th SFG(A), 4ID,
and 4CAB, to ensure the event’s growth and continuity into the next school year.

Combat Water Survival Training (CWST)

CWST forces you to stay calm when your gear feels heavy, your breath gets short, and your instincts tell you to panic. It’s about control under pressure. Discipline in chaos. Confidence where most people freeze.

We don’t train for perfect conditions.
We train for every terrain. Every environment. Every possibility.

That’s what it means to be Ram Tough.
The Ram Battalion doesn’t avoid discomfort — we lean into it.

Fear is natural. Quitting isn’t

First tactical lab down.

Studying tactics builds the foundation — but applying them in real time is where it all comes together.

Cadets of the CSU Army ROTC Ram Battalion participated in specialized leadership development and mental toughness training from 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne) during a comprehensive training event hosted by SFODA 0236.

Cadets built upon their existing training and experience by sharpening their perspective and operational mindset through capabilities briefs from detachment commanders and resilience instruction from group psychologists, MAJ Boswell and CPT New.

10th SFG(A) is at the forefront of developing leaders and is committed to serving and strengthening future leaders. Through collaborations with local organizations like the Ram Battalion, they continue to strengthen the next generation of Army leaders.
