Kinard Core Knowledge Middle School

What an amazing 8th grade class we had this year! We enjoyed celebrating you and your middle school journey this week. We miss you already, and we can’t wait to see what your futures hold in high school and beyond! You’ll always be Mustangs to us! ❤️ 🐴 💙

The Kinard Track and Field team competed at the district championship this week. The boys finished second overall and the girls third. Each and every athlete on this team worked hard and performed well all season long. Nice work Coach Berthold and staff!🐴💙❤️

The Kinard Boys and Girls golf teams wrapped up another great season with a stellar performance in the district championship. Coach Jackson and Coach Husted helped these players learn and grow in the game of golf! Great job Mustangs! ⛳️ 🐴

Under the direction of Mr. Scott Wheeler, the Kinard Drama Class and Theatre Club put on an incredible performance of “The Actor Games” and “The Audition: The Musical” for two nights at the Lincoln Center. What a talented group of Mustangs! 🐴 ❤️ 🎭🎤

Another spectacular performance from our Honor and Symphonic bands under the direction of Mr. Perez! It was the perfect concert to end the school year! Bravo! 🎺🪈💙🐴❤️

Our GT students shared the projects they’ve developed this year as part of their Advanced Learning Plans at the Kinard GT/ALP Showcase. We are so proud of their many talents and accomplishments, and we’re very thankful for Mrs. Grigg’s guidance and support as they explored their passions this year! 🐴 ❤️ 🌟

On Wednesday evening, our Kinard Orchestras put on a wonderful performance for a packed house at Rocky Mountain High School. Our Beginning, Philharmonia, and Symphony Orchestras were joined by members of the Symphonic Band as they demonstrated their musical talents. It was especially rewarding to see the growth from early in the year until now and especially from 6th to 8th grade! ❤️🐴💙🎻

Our Mustangs made history this inaugural girls soccer season! They took it all the way to the championship game. Runner-up in year one. We couldn’t be more proud of these young student athletes. The grit, the heart, the hustle…every single game. Thank you to our players, coaches, and fans who supported them. The future is so bright for Mustang soccer. 💙🐴❤️⚽️

When voices unite, magic happens. 🎶 So proud of every student who took the stage tonight — hearts full watching these incredible singers come together to create something truly beautiful. This is what harmony looks like, on and off the stage. Love the collaboration between the Kinard singers, Preston Purrrfect Harmony and Roar, and several Poudre musicians! Another highlight was watching our very own Mr. Wheeler, Mrs. Griffey, and Mr. Rollings join in the music! Go Mustangs 💙🐴❤️🎵✨

Our Beginning Band and Mr. Perez kicked off our spring concert series in style this evening. It was a beautiful showcase of the immense growth and learning these students achieve in a year. Way to go, Mustang Musicians! 🐴 ❤️ 🎷💙
