Forrest Yoga Teacher in Northern Colorado

05/30/2026

A few more opportunities to practice with me before I head to France for a magical adventure and continuing education in Forrest Yoga ✨🇫🇷

Upcoming classes at DeNovo CrossFit:

🌿 Thursday, May 29 — 10:30am
🌿 Tuesday, June 2 — 6:40pm
🌿 Friday, June 5 — 3:30pm

Then I’ll be taking a 3-week pause from teaching while traveling through France and attending Forrest Yoga training with Charlie Speller and Brian Campbell:
Eagle Eyes — Perspectives and Pathways Out of Pain and Injury.

I’m deeply grateful to continue learning, practicing, and expanding the way I support people through movement, recovery, awareness, and healing.

Come practice with me before I go 💛

There’s something special about the quiet after a private yoga session.

The space settles, the energy softens, and you can still feel the work that just moved through—breath, effort, release.

Grateful to hold space like this and to share this practice in a more personal, intentional way.

If you’re looking for something more individualized—whether it’s building strength, working through tension, or simply slowing down—private sessions create space for exactly that.

Thursday 6:40pm 🌿

A Forrest Yoga practice focused on shoulder rehab—releasing tension, building strength, and bringing awareness back to how your shoulders move and feel.

A chance to slow down, support your body, and move with more intention.

Not every workout is meant to push.

Some are meant to help you come back down.

To breathe deeper, release tension, and support your nervous system in actually resetting.

Grateful to collaborate with
Stacey of Kindling for our Forrest Yoga + Sound Alchemy workshop ✨
An evening of movement, breath, and deep rest—no experience needed.

If you’re needing both strength and a reset, come join us. Bring a blanket and settle in.

There’s something different about teaching yoga on a fire assignment.

No studio. No mirrors. Just a field, tired bodies, and the sun dropping behind the mountains.

I remember that first time—standing in a circle at sunset, guiding a group through Warrior 2, Extended Side Angle, Down Dog… boots still on, crusty nomex pants, shoulders heavy from the day, smoke still lingering in the air.

It wasn’t about perfect alignment or getting it “right.”
It was about giving the body a chance to exhale.
To come down from the constant output.
To feel something other than the work.

Out there, yoga felt simple and necessary.
A way to reset. A way to come back to yourself, even just for a few breaths.

Moments like that are why I teach the way I do now—keeping it real, accessible, and rooted in what people actually need.

If you’re looking for that same reset, join me in class this month or come unwind with us at the upcoming Forrest Yoga + Sound Alchemy workshop on Saturday April 18th (link in bio).

It’s easy to shift into “teaching mode,” even in your own practice. But recently, I’ve been reminded how important it is to step back, listen, and receive. To follow cues, stay present with my breath, and let the work unfold instead of trying to control it.
