🎪✨ The REAL circus rolled into Kruse Elementary THIS MORNING to show our Cougars a whole new style of circus magic with less monkeys and WAY more balance, brilliance, artistry, and jaw-dropping performance talent! From gravity-defying acts to performances smoother than a freshly waxed cafeteria floor before pizza day chaos, our students were completely captivated by the creativity and passion under the tent. Huge Cougar cheers and confetti cannons of gratitude to our incredible PTO President, Sierra Miller, for helping bring this unforgettable experience to our school community with Venardos Circus. 🎭🐾✨

🐾 Cougar Pride in Full Bloom 🐾

In the middle of a busy, ever-spinning world of education, our district paused just long enough to breathe in the sweet, slightly chaotic pollen of progress and celebrate the people who make Kruse Elementary hum with heart.

We had the honor of cheering on three absolute rock stars, Jess, Melissa N., and Trisha, who were nominated as Exceptional Instructors and Support. These incredible humans show up every single day with dedication, kindness, and the kind of energy that turns ordinary days into something special. And in a moment worth celebrating loud and proud, Jess was awarded the Mary Hull Licensed Teacher Award, a reflection of the passion and excellence she brings to our students and staff.

The spotlight kept shining as Kruse Elementary was recognized with the John Irwin School of Excellence Award. A moment that felt less like an announcement and more like a standing ovation for every high five, every late night, every encouraging word, and every student who walks our halls with courage and curiosity. This is more than a celebration. It is a reminder of what happens when a community shows up for one another.

🎉🏀 Kruse 4th & 5th graders took Moby Arena by storm during Education Day! They brought the full fun vibes, a couple of very energized bananas, and enough school spirit to power the CSU Women's Basketball team all season long 🍌💥.
From cheering to high-fives, these rock stars made sure the Rams knew exactly who’s #1 in spirit and smiles. GO RAMS! 💛💚

We are so grateful for Officer Savage and the care, dedication, and positivity she continues to bring to Kruse Elementary every day. 💜 Our students and staff are lucky to have such a supportive and trusted presence on campus. Thank you for all you do!
