His passion for Muay Thai is contagious, and his belief that training should be both challenging and fun helps create an environment where everyone can grow.

This Memorial Day, we pause to remember the heroes who gave everything in service to our nation.

The values we strive to teach on the mats — respect, courage, discipline, and honor — reflect the sacrifices made by those who defend our freedom. We remember and honor them today.

Week of May 25-June 1. IMPORTANT: Regular group classes will be cancelled from Saturday May 23-Monday May 25. We will still have an adult BJJ and Muay Thai open mat on Saturday, May 23rd, and Sunday, May 24th, from 12:00pm to 1:00pm.

Classes will resume as normal May 26th.

After nearly two months of work, the new mural on the BJJ side is officially finished! 🥋🎨

Huge shoutout to the artist for bringing this vision to life and adding something special to the Academy. It’s awesome seeing the space continue to grow and evolve alongside the community that trains here every day.
