They see so much and try and try again each day to make a difference, some paying the ultimate sacrifice. Also, credit must be given to my friend Bryan for the last photo from services this week in Washington, D.C. as he nears retirement, we are so proud of you.

Sometimes trying something different can lead to deeper results. I’m facing backwards on the hip abductor machine. I usually lift a little over 100, so only 30 lbs here for sensitive knees. To work out with me virtually or in person go to my website or DM works as well.

A shaker with baking soda can be kept right by your sink. To clean fruit, mix 1 teaspoon of baking soda for every 2 cups (16 oz) of cold water. Soak produce for 12–15 minutes and rinse.

These are a challenge vs routine squats/ lunges. Bulgarian split squats. Place your front foot here and stand. Elevate back foot onto surface that you can balance with. Back foot can be flat face down on laces or propped up on toes. Hold onto a sturdy chair if you need. Try not to allow your front knee to cave inward, guide it out toward the middle of your toes, and above from your foot not in front of. 3x12. Hold a weight to make it more challenging.
