Northern Colorado Kids Thrive was proud to have our CEO, Christina Taylor, represent our organization at the Warren Village Connections Breakfast, where leaders from across Colorado discussed solutions to the child care crisis.

Christina shared insights from our successful Larimer County ballot initiative and emphasized that child care is essential community and economic infrastructure. We are grateful to Warren Village, Move Colorado Forward, and all the panelists for advancing this important conversation for Colorado families.

Stay connected by signing up for our email updates, following along at nocokidsthrive.org/yeson1b, and consider joining our Provider and Family Voice Council launching this summer.

On Monday, April 27, NoCo Kids Thrive kicked off Provider Appreciation Month with a fun celebration honoring Larimer County early childhood educators at Old Town Putt. Providers and their families enjoyed free rounds of mini golf, arcade games, food and drinks, plus sweet treats from Old Town Churn Ice Cream. Guests also had the chance to win one of nine raffle baskets as we celebrated the incredible educators who help young children learn and thrive every day.

Provider Appreciation Day will be celebrated on May 8, 2026, recognizing child care providers, teachers, and educators for their essential work. Join us in celebrating by giving a shoutout or thanking an early childhood educator in your life. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdXEDwgxnf_NpnpnZ5d0jB7-kPosn99TVxAsYIy_TJ-Y_bdNA/viewform?usp=header
