The #1 regret of the dying is not living the life that they wanted.

As a recovering people pleaser/ self sacrificer this hits home.

One day you are going to die, it's a fact. And as you lay there on your death bed or for me I hope it's on some sort of outdoor adventure πŸ˜‰πŸ€˜
Do you want to be thinking about all the things you wanted to but didn't?

Do you want to be wishing you had taken that job that felt right in your heart but you didn't listen?

Do you want to regret that you didn't dance like no one was watching?

We get one chance on this beautiful planet. Let yourself live it the way you want to, not how other people want you to.

This is easier said then done, I know. Breaking those beliefs around letting other people down or not living up to what our parents want takes alot of time.

But you can do it.

This is a world of infinite possibilities. β™Ύ Take the leap because at the end of the day it's just you and God. And he knows all that you were made for.

Contrary to popular belief:

You can have fun on the weekend and still reach your fitness & health goals

Its really very simple.

1. Remember food is fuel- your decision is based on what you want in the moment or what you want in the future. If you know you want to have desert with your friends. Have freakin desert with your friends. Accept that decision and move forward.

2. Be mindful- are you having a free for all or are you gracefully allowing your self to have a few of your favorite items while still consuming nutrient dense food?

3. Be active- find ways to move that make you feel good. Maybe on the weekends you have brunch with the girls and spin class with the girls. Or you ask a friend to go on a walk with you. Or you try out some fun new dance moves in your kitchen πŸ’ƒπŸ€˜
Whatever it maybe just know you can have both.

Enjoy your Friday and enjoy your life. Let's take the pendulum swings out and just learn to be a human again.

Checking in every week with your coach ensures that your coach will beable change things as necessary.

Its gives you time to reflect and allows for your coach to make changes so that you can keep getting closer and closer to your goals.

Most likely you hired your coach for the accountability. Having someone to stay on top of you and your fitness goals is the number 1 reason people reach them. We like to be held accountable. Having a weekly homework of filling out your check-in sheet guarantees you will be held accountable for your choices of the week.

It also gives you and your coach alot of data to work with. Your coach can now see trends in your behavior, your diet, your mindset and Physiological responses.

If you haven't heard of biofeedback. It's basically your body responses to your choices. Your check-in reflects on that and then you can make the proper progressions based on how the body is responding. Keeping track of that is sooo important to your success.

We want to see PROGRESS! So looking back at all your past check-in can show you how far you have actually come. We don't take pictures for nothing. We want to look back and be proud of everything that led us to this point.

All of my clients report to me every week with their check-in. It is the best way for me to serve them 150%.

Run down by your work week
Stressed to fit your workouts in
Scrambling to put your meal prep in the oven
Constantly repeating to yourself " I don't have time for that"

Let's take back our time
Time is our most precious asset, what we do with it is up to us.

Everyone is busy and I mean literally everyone. So what's the difference between them and you?

Here are my 3 tips to flip the time script πŸ˜€

πŸ•š Mind Dump- use your planner, post it notes, scrap piece of paper and write everything down that is important to get done this week
Seeing everything in front of you can help your prioritize and schedule

πŸ•š Spread things out! You are struggling with time because you're trying to do too many things at once woman! You are 1 person not 6. Be efficient with your day and maximize the time you do have to get important things out of the way

πŸ•š Stop saying "I don't have time" instead say "this isn't a priority right now" Because let's me honest, we only make time for the things that are important to us. So if you're not getting your workouts in, that's on you. If you aren't eating for your goals, that's on you. Stop blaming time. You make time for tik tok, instagram and binge watching Netflix but are you making time for your goals.

We all get the same 24 hours in the day. How are you going to make them work for you?

LIVE body weight workout in 30 mins!

The idea of a different workout everyday is old news.

If you want to see REAL results, REAL transformation you gotta get down with the routine

So let's press pause and understand why

⏸ Why do you need consistency? You need consistency to actually see how the hard work is paying off. The consistency gives you feed back on what's working and what is not working. Consistency allows you to make the proper adjustments because you have tangible evidence about what is going on. Your inconsistency is the reason your body isn't changing.

⏸ Periodization-is the division of a training program into smaller, progressive stages. This means we take your goal and break it down into smaller more manageable pieces and then build on that. If we are all over the place there is no foundation just random pieces put together. We want to build up to our goals

⏸ Results take time! This isn't a one stop shop to get the body you want. With that, it's going to take an even longer time if you don't have a game plan. If you're trying to get a random workout in here and there you're DEFINITELY not going to see results.

⏸ This a journey for a reason. We are constantly learning more and more about our bodies. And the more you follow a program the more you can see what works for you and what doesn't. Also your goals may change as you go which is pretty cool to see. We want to enjoy this process because we want to better our lives.
