Coach Jonah is passionate about passing on the life lessons he learned as a karate kid at Kaizen: "Perseverance is a huge part of what Kaizen teaches, since "not giving up" is something we all have to learn in life; and I love how Kaizen offers a safe space for students to fail and get back up again!"

Shihan has a passion for making a difference in Northern Colorado: "Families are strengthened, parents find resources and support in their responsibilities to their kids, Teens find a place where they are accepted for who they are and are educated on a positive attitude for life choices, students are taught how to purposely grow and are given the self discipline to achieve it."
