Dr. Bryan Dik, Ph.D., Chief Science Officer and Co-founder of jobZology, is a world-renowned researcher in the field of calling. Dr. Dik defines calling as “a pathway for expressing your purpose in ways that make the world better.” Those who are able to find their calling benefit not only at work but also in life. Most people have many different career paths that could become their callings and allow them to pursue purpose within their work. The goal of PathwayU is to increase career decision self-efficacy, self-knowledge, career knowledge, and as well as help American workers build satisfying and purposeful careers.

Our Software Solution | PathwayU is a secure, scalable platform which uses predictive analytics to identify alignment among personal characteristics and vocational choices. Developed in 2017, our platform is rooted in best practices and cutting-edge science from vocational and industrial-organizational psychology, offering reliable assessments of key attributes that drive career choice.
