September is Su***de Prevention Awareness Month. 💜
This September, we’re taking a moment to remind our Beattie community that connection matters.
Our students, families, and community can all be impacted by su***de and mental health challenges. Even at the elementary level, our students may be navigating difficult experiences or supporting someone they care about. That’s why creating a caring, connected community matters — and knowing when to reach out for help matters, too.
Sometimes, a simple check-in, a listening ear, or reminding someone “you’re not alone” can make a meaningful difference. 💜
Let’s look out for one another, create space for caring conversations, and remind our students, families, and neighbors that they matter and they don’t have to face difficult moments alone.
