π²π Happy World Bicycle Day, Beattie Bighorns! ππ²
Today we celebrate World Bicycle Day and the joy, freedom, and adventure that comes with riding a bike!
Whether you're cruising through the neighborhood, exploring a trail, or riding to a favorite destination, biking is a great way to stay active, enjoy the outdoors, and have fun with family and friends. Don't forget to practice our RAMS behavior of Safety by wearing a helmet and riding responsibly.
We hope our Bighorns find time for a ride and enjoy the journey! π²βοΈ

Today weβre celebrating our incredible Art, Music, and PE team...and WOW are we lucky. ππ¨πΆπ
This team brings so much talent, creativity, and joy to Beattie, but what makes them especially amazing is how they work together. The collaboration between these three creates experiences our students will remember...whether itβs students creating artwork that connects to a music performance, building confidence through movement, or finding new ways to express themselves through creativity and play.
The care they have for students and for one another is evident in everything they do. They support each other, lift each other up, and create learning experiences that are engaging, meaningful, and uniquely Beattie.
Thank you for making our school more vibrant, more connected, and more joyful every single day. We are so grateful for you! πβ¨

From thoughtful questions to wide eyes and excited conversations, it was such a fun reminder that learning about the world starts early.

ππ Immigrant Heritage Month at Beattie ππ
This month, we celebrate the stories, cultures, and contributions of immigrants who have helped shape the United States and strengthen our communities.
At Beattie, we are proud of the diverse experiences, languages, traditions, and perspectives that enrich our school. We recognize that many students, families, and staff may be experiencing uncertainty related to immigration policies and national conversations. This month serves as a reminder of the resilience, courage, and hope that immigrant communities bring to our country every day.
As a school community, we remain committed to fostering a place where every student and family feels welcomed, valued, respected, and supported. Through learning, understanding, and connection, we continue to build a community where everyone belongs.
