15&O athletes, join us tomorrow at 4:45 pm in the EPIC meeting room to hear from a current fighter pilot and former Florida high school state champion & Air Force Academy graduate, Philip Meira.

Philip will join us remotely and will answer any questions you have about service academies, the military, and how swimming has connected to those areas of his life.

Coach MacK Novell will host this month’s Team Tenet (T2) discussion. Join us as Coach MacK shares her observations and highlights discussion points from the book “Changing The Game, The Parent’s Guide to Raising Happy, High-performing Athletes and Giving Youth Sports Back to Our Kids.” by John O’Sullivan.

We encourage our FAST families to purchase their own copy or borrow one from the local library. We can read the book together over the course of the next few weeks and convene with Coach MacK to discuss! We are even planning a parent panel to answer questions and provide experiential advice for families new to swimming.
