Applications are open for additional PSD community Action Teams to work alongside the Comprehensive Planning Committee as they develop a recommendation for the Board. Certified staff are eligible for stipends of $35 an hour.

Compensation remains a top priority among staff and this year we successfully protected staff salaries from a freeze. While we recognize that budget pressures are coming from many different places, we feel the impact nonetheless. We are working to support staff today, keep an eye on the future, and ensure we can maintain growth over an educators career.
That’s why we’re fighting to cut the ropes and push for structural changes to Colorado’s K-12 funding.

Our negotiations team secured a major win—our shared decision-making issue passed! We’ve added robust language to Article 1 that defines shared decision-making at the site level and sets a clear process for every building.
