An update from the Poudre Education Association 📣

PEA and ACE have formally requested a salary freeze for the Superintendent and cabinet members.
As our district works to strengthen reserves during this time of financial hardship, we believe that sacrifice should be shared by all employee groups. The teachers, paraprofessionals, secretaries, custodians, nutrition staff, bus drivers, and other employees who serve students every day have already shouldered significant challenges.
This request is about fairness, accountability, and recognizing the realities facing the people who make our schools run. We remain committed to advocating for the students, staff, and community members who depend on a strong public school system.
