Many women don’t realize how much they’ve had to hold alone.
She’s capable.
She’s holding a lot.
Her life looks like it’s working.
But underneath…
there’s a subtle disconnection.
Not from something big that happened-
but from something that never did.

My daughter started feeling self conscious about her bangs because none of her friends have them. So yesterday, for the first time in my life, I got my hair cut with bangs- and her reaction was priceless! Shes is thrilled that we’re hair twins now. I love loving her 💜

If you know me, you know I bring people together.
It’s not strategy- it’s my soul’s language. Connection is my purpose. ✨
I know what it’s like to feel alone.
To be the kid sitting alone with my sticker book on the playground.
To grow into the “I don’t need anyone” kind of strong.
But that wasn’t strength. That was fear.
Now I know:
Real connection is the medicine.
Being seen, felt, met- that’s where the magic lives.
This is why I host women’s circles, networking spaces, retreats, and potlucks.
Because we are starving for connection- and it doesn’t have to be that way.
I’m about to dive into 5 days of deep Heart IQ circle work that I’ve been training to facilitate since January.
And when I come back, I’ll be bringing even more of this medicine to you.

I used to think I was regulated because I could stay calm when everything was falling apart.
I didn’t yell. I didn’t cry. I held it all together.
Everyone leaned on me- so I believed I was strong.
But nervous system regulation isn’t what it looks like.
It’s what’s happening underneath.
And under my calm? I was frantic. Hyper-aware. Managing everyone’s emotions and pushing down my own.
Sometimes it spilled out—
In sharp words. Quiet resentment. Exhaustion I couldn’t explain.
I wasn’t unregulated. I was over-regulating.
For everyone. Every day.
When women tell me:
“If I fall apart, everything falls apart,”
what they really mean is:
“No one’s holding me.”
That’s the work I do.
Not just to help women look calm—
but to actually feel safe in their own body again.
To stop carrying the nervous system of the whole house.
And finally come home to themselves.

Anger Isn’t Something to Fear
It gets a bad reputation.
We think of it as loud, explosive, destructive.
But it’s not anger that causes harm.
It’s undigested anger- the kind we were never taught how to feel safely- that gets buried, frozen in the body, and later erupts sideways.
But because anger has a bad rep, we’re scared of it the second we feel it.
So instead, we push it down.
We smile through it. We swallow it. We “stay calm.”
But unprocessed anger doesn’t just vanish-
It settles in the body.
It becomes the pressure in your chest.
The snap at your kids.
The resentment that grows in your relationship.
The weight you can’t quite name.
But here’s what’s true:
Anger is not bad. It’s not too much. It’s not unsafe.
It’s just an energy that needs somewhere to go.
So that it doesn’t turn into unprocessed, unconscious actions or words.
When we learn to sit with it-
Gently, slowly, without judgment-
It softens.
That’s the beauty of embodied somatic release.
It creates a space where your anger can move,
without hurting you or anyone else.
Just breath, movement, sensation, release.
And when anger has room to flow,
it becomes something else:
💛 Clear boundaries.
💛 Deep truth.
💛 Energy that was waiting to come back to you.
Your anger doesn’t make you unsafe.
Your anger is asking to be felt- not feared.

Hyper-independence isn’t strength.
It’s a survival strategy.
