Our off-season practice schedule:

Sundays, kids at 10 a.m. and teens/adults at 11 a.m.

Thursdays, kids at 6:45 p.m. and teens/adults at 7:45 p.m.

Saturdays, teens/adults at 2:00 p.m.

The last few weeks we've been working hard on using an outside step to get to head outside and head inside singles. At this morning's practice, for instance, we focused on wrist control attacks into an outside step with the option of a misdirection to the other leg.

Attached is another great setup for the outside step, as shown by national champ Levi Hanes!

Remember...young and old wrestlers alike 😉...you don't have to wrestle ear to ear and move linearly forwards and backwards. Adding an outside step is a great way to get your feet moving to create angles of attack!
