McBride Elementary staff came together today to analyze data, identify root causes, and collaboratively develop school-wide goals focused on literacy, math, interventions, and family engagement. Through teamwork and strategic planning, we are strengthening our commitment to continuous improvement and ensuring success for every student. 💙💛
