Congratulations to our very own, Mrs. Schafer!

Our next nominee for the Wildermuth Award for Excellence in Education is Nicole Schafer, kindergarten teacher at Rockwell Elementary.

Highlights from the Nomination:

Mrs. Schafer is a great kindergarten teacher. She makes an effort to bond with each of her students. As a result, her students respect and adore her.

Mrs. Schafer skillfully structures her class. She actively communicates with families and explains what students are learning. Her students learn so much from her.

Our next nominee for the Wildermuth Award for Excellence in Education is Sarah Rao, first grade teacher at Rockwell Elementary.

Highlights from the Nomination:

Sarah is an exceptional educator and a true leader within our school community. She is always a thoughtful voice at the table, advocating for what is best for students and helping guide decisions that positively impact learning.

Her ability to support multilingual learners is especially impactful. As a bilingual educator, Sarah brings both skill and empathy to her work, helping students and families feel seen, valued, and understood.

Sarah is someone her colleagues trust and turn to for guidance.
